A Day of Rest

Sunday was really a day of rest.  Mom didn't do anything at all.  I slept or I should say tried to sleep.  Those bright lights that she flashes at me wakes me up.  She can be very rude!   I'm still a bit upset with her for going to that mountain on Saturday without me.   She came home with this little tiny flashlight that lights up the entire world. Plus other things but nothing yet for me.  Sure mom..shopping on a mountain?   On a good note, the peoples on the other side of us where we don't have a privacy fence have a little black puppy!  We were both watching the little baby this evening dig holes!  Mom kept going awwwww and ohhhhhhhh.   She didn't do that when I used to dig holes. She would say bad words to me.    She said she thinks it's a black lab but not sure but it sure is cute.  

Don't worry...mom is going to the VET for peoples this week.  A spaceship in the shed...really mom?   The bad thing about it is not only is she thinking there is one but her friend that protects the city is thinking the same thing.   Scary isn't it?   I hope she really is going to the VET for peoples..knowing her, she will be sneaking off to that mountain again without me.  I'll let you know.   I sure hope the VET for peoples can help her.  She needs help.  I think her friend needs help too if he believes a spaceship is in the shed.  Gee.  The things that I have to go through here.

It was too hot outside and mom made me come back in for awhile.

I had the ringer on low so I was resting on it in case someone called.

There is nothing better than a day of rest.  Cookies would be nice but I haven't seen any yet.

Watching the puppy again.  The rain made the weeds grow but the grass isn't doing good at all.

I have to admit that it sure is a cute puppy over there!  I hope we can be friends!

While I'm outside, Lilly takes over my room!
