I was right about a trip. Mom took off flying this morning in the Jeep. We had to stop and get gas and off we went to the Blue Ridge Parkway yet again. One thing about mom....she never plans anything. She just
flys off and I never know where she's going. She never knows either. Since this was a very special day for her from many years ago she went south on the parkway. What a trip. We were gone for over six hours and she had to stop at almost every overlook. She took 140 pictures! Needless to say, we are both rather tired. I think she drove about 175 miles or maybe I should say she was flying that many miles. One thing about that Jeep.....she has a lead foot. We returned safe thank goodness.
I'm going to put some of the pictures on here for now because if I put all of them we would be on here forever.
We stopped here first. This is her very special place.
