Rainy Days and Old Pictures
It's raining. Mom says that we really need the rain because everything is drying up outside but it's boring. There is nothing to do. I was hoping that mom would take me for a ride today but she said driving in the rain would not be fun and I'd get my head wet leaning out the window! I guess that makes sense to her but I really don't mind getting my head wet like she does. I have been sitting outside some and I really got wet but that's okay because mom has plenty of towels for me.

I really hate to admit it, but I'm terrified of the rain and even more terrified of the noises and flashes of light that comes with it sometimes. I run and hide even if there is only a dark cloud in the sky. Can't take any chances. It's been so hot here and no rain in the forecast for the next week at least. YIPPEE! I'll try and meet you at HollyRustyRock (our special place) when it stops raining.

Rain rain go away - and stay away - we have another big storm day on tap here in the Midwest. Lots of lights and sounds shows and hopefully no tornadoes.
