It's always best to sleep with one eye open around this place. You never know what is going to show up or happen!
These were my friends for this last week and I really had fun with them. They know how to play and run unlike mom. They ran up and down the alley with me and rolled in the grass too. Something serious is wrong with mom because she just refuses to do these things. They told me that they thought she might just be very old!! I think that if she rolled in the grass and dirt, it might help her. It was lots of fun for the kids and me!
Our backyard with the shed that was finally being finished. Everything is gone now and the heavy equipment is out of the way of Blue and me so we can run. Blue dug another hole under the fence and mom thought it was funny but Blue's dad didn't because he had to put more concrete down!
Stay safe everyone!
Lots of love!

Hey there Holly...
The reason for the shed?...TO FILL IT, of course! Humans like to expand...like you, when you stretch out on the couch.
Those little humans are the best!
Be patient with your mom...she is the source of your food, BOL!

Blue just wants to come over to see you. What's wrong with that?
We have to run around with each other. SHE just walks.

Holly, that is great about your little friends coming to see you. Don't feel bad, our Mom is older than dirt and can't roll around at all in it. We like those picture. Wishing you a good day.
I'm hoping this hurricane is being hyped by the weather channel...otherwise, I might lose my internet service :) What will I do?
Let's hope Irene turns and heads toward the sea.
I think that is a great idea to get your mom rolling around on the ground Holly! If she ever does...please promise to get a picture:)
Great news that the shed is finished, and maybe you can get Mom to make it YOUR storage area for all those treats and toys she is going to get you:) BOL
Lots of fun to be had with little bipeds - we know that very well here.
Hope Irene stays away from you and that you have a good weekend.

Hey Hey Hey Holly and Mom!!
We are glad to hear that dog gone shed is finished. MOL
Mom and I are asking for purrs for the East Coast...you see my sis and her hubby live in Morehead City. They have all their hurricane window protection up, a generator and her hubby is very handy and able. They are hunkered down with their kitty, parrot and fishes...good news is they are on the west side of the hurricane which from what we hear is the best side to be on....so we'll let everyone know when we hear from them after the storm.
Definitely a strange week from earthquakes to hurricanes..Now there is a man working under my house on my a/c and I'm on alert.
Hugs Madi
Shed's always come in handy!

Hi Holly, you look pretty cute sleeping with one eye open hehehe. Have to watch incase there are treats left somewhere. I think your mum does need to roll in the grass. Tell her its good for the skin or something. That would make my mum do it for sure. No worries, and love, Stella
Your shed looks great, Holly! We bet you find lots of stuff to fill it!
Love ya lots

That sure is lots going one sweet Holly. Y'all have a mighty fine weekend!!!
For some reason daddy felt he needed a shed, so he built one.
Hope you stay safe with the hurricane!
Woofs & hugs, <3

You are very wise, Holly. I think that rolling in the grass and dirt might help all of us humans not to take ourselves so seriously :)
Holly those projects always seem so much, but it is worth it to the humans as sheds or smaller ones like bookcases make them happy. It is all about storage.
Purring for safety as Irene is all fluster and no damage.
Purrs,
Willow and Meredith
My people never roll on the ground with me either. Sometimes they even make me take a bath after I roll in good stuff!

Maybe you can store extra kibble in the shed Holly!
A new shed means a new playroom for lots of fun, naughtiness and games!

Holly, tell your mom that if she rolls down a hill it wouldn't matter how old you were.
Momentum keeps ya goin all the way down. It is great fun....My Vickie does it with me and she is old. (Ok Vickie, Older)
Sometimes, though if the hill is really a long one and goes down a long way, My Vickie walks a little funny when she gets up and one time she barffed. "Excuse me, My Vickie says that is gross...She Exlpelled a mixture of fluid from her mouth while bending over in pain.)
Better?
You sure look pretty lying on your chair and looking asleep but keeing one eye open.
Love
Bert

Our town is still without electricity. Lots of damage. Lots of trees on power lines. Crazy times.
