Our mom got a call (many calls) from the doctor's nurse today. They said she "failed" her stress test!! Actually she was told she had "adnormal" results and needed to come in early Wednesday morning to see the doctor and talk with him. Grrrrrr.....and she did growl. This was after she was almost yelling into the phone that of course it was abnormal....they stopped her heart after her blood pressure bottomed out and left a IV needle in her arm to bring home!!! She also said she was not going to do that test again no matter what or how abnormal it was!! The nurse tried to calm her down without success and she was still upset. We had our paws crossed during that conversation!
So off she goes again early Wednesday morning to see what the cardiologist wants to do to her next. She said she is getting tired of driving for miles in this heat.....no wonder she failed the stress test!! She is taking the big IV needle and it's parts back to them to show them what they did!! (Wonder if we should charge them for our friend having to take it out!)
A few pictures that were taken last month. We have no idea if we have posted these before because mom is stressed out! We'll try to keep everyone informed if we can!

Oh Holly, your poor Mom - please go over right now and give her some snooter smoochies from all of us. She sure doesn't need the stress of another stress test. And she should take pictures of that needle and stuff - just in case. Paws crossed things go better this time.

Dawg Gone It. What can we do to help. Do you want us to send a "Get it right the first time" thought to her doctors?
Go let her pet you, it will calm her down. Look beseechingly in her eyes, that will help calm her down. Lay your head on her lap....
Take Care

Poor Mom! Hugs to you and calming purrs. Hope you are feeling better soon!
Holly your Mom is having a similar problem as my Mom who is on her fifth bioposy that will might need to be a surgery to see what is causing her skin problems. As a fellow anipal that understands there will be major revving of purrs that a clear result of lower stress is found and that this one is without the first tests problems.

So sorry to hear about mum's stress levels. When things get bad, just remember one thing. Breathe. It really does help.
Holly, you need to tell your mom to take it easy. Go sit with her on the couch and put your head in her lap, that will make her feel better :)
Love,
Wyatt and Stanzie
