In Memory of the Luke

We are very sad about the Luke and his passing on Saturday.  We didn't know him in person but fell in love with him through his blog.   We were praying so much for him to make it but God had other plans for him so now he is at the Rainbow Bridge making all kinds of friends and pain free.  We can only imagine the excitement there when he arrived.

The mom of the Luke taught us so much and we know that she and the Aunt and friends are really sad not to mention the Bleu.   We will always love you the Luke and you are in our thoughts and memories forever and will remain in our hearts.  You indeed made an impression on us that will never be forgotten.  We are going outside to look for the brightest star there is now and we know you will be smiling down at us.

The Luke...this is my rock....come and visit me, look down on me and mom and we will always love you.

Lots of love to All.

Hiya Holly,

Firstly Charlie and I would like to thank you lots and lots for coming over and sending us love in our rough time.

Secondly, we're also touched by Luke's passing. We also didn't know him, but wish his momma all the strength she needs.

We knew this was coming but we were still so shocked when we realized it was true. We are all very sad, the Luke was a great pal and inspiration for Phantom, always so encouraging and loving. We will all miss him.

Our momma sheds tears with the rest of the blogging community on the loss of such a dear, sweet soul. If there is any lesson to be learned from the Luke's life, and rescue, is that it is a GOOD THING to take a senior rescue into your home and life because the rewards and the love received are priceless.

Rest with the angels, the Luke, until we meet again...

PeeEss: momma said that she will put the Luke's button on your blog by the end of today☺

Its so not fair that we don't live as long as humans. We know that going over the Rainbow Bridge is wonderful, but it is so hard for the humans and animals we leave behind. :*(
