Monday Moments

Sunday, we stayed at home.  I actually got to eat some of the pizza that mom went out to eat.  She didn't give me too much though because of my recent stomach problems.  I'm stuck eating my regular food and all of the yummy ID food is gone.   I might starve at this rate.  Saturday night, I tore apart a toy I had since I was a puppy.  I guess I was trying to vent my feelings about mom and Auntie Gwen going out and leaving me behind.  Mom told me that they had to go to the store too though and dogs were not allowed.  Stupid store....imagine not letting dogs inside!  I know don't who makes up these rules but it's not fair.  Dogs and cats and horses demand equal rights!!  Donkeys and chickens and everything with fur and feathers!!   Speaking of fur, mom said her and Auntie Gwen spotted four deer on the parkway on Saturday!  Auntie Gwen got all excited when mom was screaming in her ear and almost ran up on the curb of the overlook and then mom hit the wrong button on the camera and got a video of Auntie Gwen's dashboard instead of the deer.  I'm almost glad I wasn't with them now that I've heard just what went on there.  I was safe at home and I got pizza.

Mom moved the gate.  She wanted to get me on the steps and these are the only steps except the few outside.  I'm usually blocked off from upstairs because that belongs to the cats.  They don't like me too much....they put up with me but that's about it.  I don't know what I did to make them not like me!

I rarely get up this far.  It would have been fun but I had that flashy beast in my face and mom and another gate blocking me from having some great times with the cats!!  I saw them...on the bed!  You should have seen their eyes when I was coming up the steps...their eyes were wide open!!

This was right much fun actually.  I never get up here unless I run before the gates get put in place.  Mom must have about 20 gates in this house!
