Tuesday's Tails

Mom thinks she probably has everyone wondering why I can't get to the top of the rock easily but she's on the rock.  She loves to make everything difficult.  Actually I usually wonder what she's even trying to talk about...she confuses me and the cats.  We just have to ignore her and pretend like we know what she is going on and on about.

Actually, at the Rocks as we call them...at that spot their are two rocks.  The big one is the one that  mom won't get on anymore because she is very old.  The other one is smaller and has a path to it and is rather easy for the poor old thing to get on...oops...I didn't mean that...let's start over.  The small one is easy for dearest mom to get on without falling on her face.   Years ago.....or I should say centuries ago, she used to climb on the larger rock but she was young then and now she's not so young.   Oh dear..I'm probably going to pay for this.  She's not that old.....she's just ancient.  That didn't come out right either.   Her doctor said if she fell, she would be doomed.  I give up. Moving along here.....

Here's some pictures of the rocks and maybe you can understand what she is trying to say...I sure can't.

The large rock is the one I love to climb on.  Mom won't get up there anymore.

Me on the large rock.  Mom is at the bottom as usual.

This is a field with some donkeys in it.  They are on the other side of that tree!  We will try and get some pictures next time if they cooperate with us!  Don't you just love pictures with donkeys on the "other" side of the tree where you can't see them?  That's my mom....making it hard to understand again.

The first picture is my rock.  The second rock in the picture has a little path for mom to walk on safely.  Safety first for mom.  Her courage to climb left when the doctor told her that her bones were not in the best  shape and to try not to fall. (Like anyone goes around trying to fall!)  Really!

This is what happens when I go outside.  My room, my couch and look who is on it.  Angel...with her head turned away as usual.  I think she's looking at my toys.

A picture of me singing.  Actually I was trying to chew a bone but mom got in my face with that flashy thing again.  It is never ending!

Have a Great Day!
Lots of Love to All!

We love your big rock. We'd like to climb that one, too. At least your Mum can have SOME fun, walking on the path and enjoying the beautiful colours......and you, of course.

Oh Holly, I am kind of ancient, too (I bet I am older than your mom). I wouldn't be able to make it to the top of the rock either.

We understand about the Mom not getting on the big rock. Our Momster has the same worries about her bones, and she doesn't even like to walk on bumpy ground. It doesn't make us really happy but we like to have her take us on walks, so guess we just have to deal. Happy bone chewing.

I know that you will do a great job of looking out for your mom! Milly is always watching my back. I loved all of the pictures of your adventures, especially on the rock. Don't worry, I never get on the big slick rocks either, and Milly must think I'm insane on our hikes.

Holly tell Mom thanks for trying to get pictures of the donkeys. Our mom sure wouldn't try to climb that mountain either. But at least she lets you have fun climbing up there. Great pictures. Take care.
