At the Vet

Luckily, I was able to get on the computer at the vet's office.  That's where MOM left me!!  Can you believe her?   She tried to act like she was taking me for a ride on the Parkway.  We did go up there for a little while.  Then coming back home, she turned off at a different road and went a totally different way than usual.  I started to get a little nervous.  We ended up at the VET!  Okay...they are really nice to me there but I wanted to come home.  She just walked out and left me!!  The vet is actually somebody I like very much because he's seen me since I was only 6 weeks old but he wanted to run some tests and put me on fluids for dehydration.    Maybe I'll go live with him.

Mom here....the vet just called and said the blood work looked rather  good...nothing showed up too bad.  She was dehydrated from vomiting so much and she did have a slight temperature.  We both felt it was best if she stayed for the night on fluids instead of pills due to the vomiting.  He is going to try to get her to eat tomorrow and see if it stays down.

Holly here...she's a mean mom.  She just went off and left me...probably went home so she could have a wonderful night without me.  That's okay...they are giving me a nice bath and doing my nails and I'm getting great treatment.  I hope she misses me.

Mom here....here's some pictures from today.   We both hope that everything goes well tonight and Holly can come home tomorrow and I do miss her very much!

I'm happy and waiting to go out of the driveway. I did not know where I was going to end up though.

Once again, the field with the donkeys that are in hiding.  We drove slowly by both times to try and find them.  They were nowhere to be seen.  Perhaps mom is just thinking this donkey business up and there really aren't any at all.

I knew where I was heading when I saw this scene.  The clouds were hanging heavy and I tried to hide in the backseat.
