It was a hot day and a very windy day. The winds were about 30 miles an hour in gusts and my fur got a bit messed up. You should have seen mom's hair!! Anyway.....not a pretty picture but she didn't seem to care. She loaded everything into the Jeep and off we went to the Cove. We went out on the deck and then for a walk.
Come on mom...let's go!!

The water levels are down because of lack of rain and the clouds were dark at times.
This was too close for comfort. I ended up jumping back!

We came back home after driving through town to take a few other pictures. Mom got the mail and guess what? We got a package!!! It was from Sugar! She sent me a card of herself and one of my blog picture and cookies!! I love cookies!

Talk about good...yummy!! Mom is hiding the rest for now. She gave me one which I gobbled down happily. Thank you Sugar so very much!! Yummy heart shaped cookies..what a wonderful gift!
This is me finishing off the first cookie. I know where mom put the rest but I can't get to them without a ladder. I might have to get the cat's to help out...they can climb on the counters!

The water looks so refreshing. I wish I could teach you how to swim so we could swim together. I went swimming in our pool yesterday but the water was very warm. The treats look yummy. Wanna share?
